Fantastic $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

Following a brief run back in April, this cartography software collection is back with an encore available until Dec. 2. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software over the years, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. Additionally, there exist multiple package options available here.

The Main Attraction

The big draw is definitely permanent access for Campaign Cartographer 3+, a professional-grade mapping application which enables users to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and most notably, tactical combat environments.

Package Levels

Basic Package

The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four from the thirty-nine available products: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Castle Source Maps, Urban Source Maps. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, more than 750 monster tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-item bundle for at least $15 offers enhanced value through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's long-running monthly subscription service featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and various other tools. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume of Cartographer's Annual are included here, alongside a slew of other resource and asset packs that can help users craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and continents in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character illustrations. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly more advantageous for map-making newbies considering you even get introductory guides to help you get started. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the software is only usable with Windows systems.
